How do I log in?

School administrators provide accounts for staff. Once provisioned, you can log in using the credentials shared with you.

What is Demo Mode?

The app includes a Demo Mode that loads a sample school with test data so you can explore features. Demo Mode is for evaluation purposes only and does not create an organization account.

If your school would like its own evaluation account, please contact support@niche-apps.com. Setup and provisioning are handled outside the app.

How do organizations get access to School Loop Pickup?

Schools interested in using School Loop Pickup should contact sales@niche-apps.com. After a service agreement is in place, we will provision accounts for the school outside the app.

If a school previously used an Evaluation Demo, they can contact sales@niche-apps.com to finalize an agreement with Niche Apps, LLC. We’ll convert the Evaluation Demo to a full Organization and unlock all features and capacity.

How do I import my student or teacher lists, and what file formats are supported?

  1. Add one Student (or Teacher) manually in the app.
  2. Use Export to download a file in the correct column layout.
  3. Open that file in Excel or Google Sheets, edit/append your rows and save it either as .XLSX or .CSV (UTF-8).
  4. Import the updated XLSX or CSV file back into the app.

I didn’t receive (or can’t complete) email verification during Evaluation Demo signup—how do I proceed or resend the verification?

  • On your first login, the system sends a verification email to the address you entered.
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder and mark the email as safe.
  • Return to the login screen and tap “Resend verification” to trigger another message.
  • Confirm you typed the correct email address.

Still no luck? Email support@niche-apps.com with your name, email, and school, and we’ll verify you.

How do teachers mark attendance or pickup status?

Teachers can log in to the app and use the Attendance screen to mark arrivals and departures in real-time. The system automatically updates the administrator dashboard.

Is student data safe?

Yes. Only student names are stored, and all data is protected by industry-standard security. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

What is Inside/Outside Pickup Management

When enabled, this option allows your school to handle two types of student pickups:

  • Outside Pickup (Car Loop): Students are sent outside when their parent arrives in the car loop.
  • Inside Pickup (Office or Lobby): Students remain inside until their parent comes in to meet them.

Teachers will see both types of pickups on the Pickup Activity view, ensuring:

  • Students are only sent outside when needed.
  • Parents who walk in don’t have to wait outside.
  • Less confusion and smoother dismissal every day.

Tip: Enable this feature if your school uses both car loop and inside pickup areas.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your profile directly in the app. Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete My Profile. If you can’t access the app, see our Delete Account page for email and form options.
