Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your profile in the app and provides ways to request deletion from support.

Delete in the App (fastest)

Open the School Loop Pickup app.
Go to Profile.
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete My Profile and confirm.

If you cannot access the app or don’t see the option, use the email or form below.

Request by Email

Email us at support@niche-apps.com to request deletion

The button opens your email client with a pre-filled subject and message template. You can also compose your own email to support@niche-apps.com.

Submitting this form opens your email client to send the request to our support team.

If nothing happens when you click the button, your device may not have a default email app configured. In that case, email us directly at support@niche-apps.com with the details above.

What Happens Next

Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity and affiliation with your school before proceeding.
Timeline: We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to standard backup cycles and any legal/contractual obligations.
Scope: For student information, we act under your school’s instructions. In some cases, the school administrator must authorize or initiate deletion.
