1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

• For student attendance and secure parent pickup only.
• Provide accurate registration info.
• Schools manage parent/teacher access.

3. Evaluation Demo Use

• New organizations may request an evaluation period (Demo) to test the app’s features with their staff and students.
• Evaluation Demos are limited in duration and scope as communicated at the time of setup.
• No payment information is collected within the app.

4. Subscription and Service Agreements

• To continue using the app after the Evaluation period, organizations must enter into a subscription agreement directly with Niche Apps, LLC.
• Subscriptions are not available through the App Store or Google Play. All subscription arrangements are handled externally through direct contract with Niche Apps, LLC.
• Prospective organizations must contact sales@niche-apps.com to establish a subscription agreement.
• Once a subscription is in place, schools will be provided with administrator access to manage their users.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your credentials confidential.
• No unlawful or unauthorized use.

6. Data & Privacy

Use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Schools are the data controllers for student information.

7. Intellectual Property

App and content are owned by Niche Apps, LLC. No copying/modifying/distribution without consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Provided “as is” without warranties. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
